Made this one up myself. Get a nice salmon filet and glaze it with a mix of lime juice, brown sugar, and yellow curry paste. Roast for 10ish minutes. Voila! INCREDIBLE.
I used a toaster oven to roast my salmon because, alas, I’m cooking for one! Why bother heating up the whole oven?
